5. In-App Coins and Usage

• Initial Allocation: New users receive a limited number of free coins upon their first app launch, which may be used to access ThinkPal’s features.
• Acquiring Coins: Users can obtain additional coins through in-app purchases, subscriptions, or by watching rewarded ads within the app.
• Coin Expiration: Coins may expire if unused for an extended period, as defined by our policies, which will be communicated within the app.

6. Rewards and Purchases

• In-App Purchases and Subscriptions: ThinkPal offers options to purchase coins directly or through subscription plans. Purchases are processed via app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective policies.
• Rewarded Ads: Users can earn coins by watching rewarded ads. Access to rewarded ads may be limited, and ThinkPal does not guarantee continuous availability.
• Non-Transferability: Coins acquired are for personal use only and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases made within ThinkPal are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or by the policies of the applicable app store.

8. Permitted Uses

You may use ThinkPal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Specifically, you agree:

• Not to use the Service for any illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Not to use automated means (such as bots or scripts) to access or use the Service.
• Not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service.

15. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may update or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use. Continued use of the Service after modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in Japan.
